Triumph recently got into the factory custom game, and their first effort was with the Thruxton. They call it the TFC (Triumph Factory Custom), and their focus was to make it rare, special, and beautiful. The rarity comes from the limited production of just 750 examples. Here’s #7.
What makes it special? Let’s start with the impressive components, including a TFC engine update with lightweight low-inertia crankshaft, clutch, balance shafts, rare-earth alternator, magnesium cam cover, and thinner-walled engine covers – final output yields 12 more horsepower than the 97 ponies of the Thruxton R.
Vance & Hines exhaust.
Fully-adjustable Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes.
Exclusive paint and a 11 pound diet from the base Triumph.
That’s just about everything we’ve got to say about this – it’s basically new and there’s no modifications. Have any questions? Let us know in the comments below.
