In 2018, MV Agusta unveiled a concept for a new machine called the Superveloce. It was based on the F3 800 but with styling inspired by their 70s racers. The resulting machine won “Most Beautiful Bike of the Show” at EICMA 2018. A year later, the Italian firm announced that the Superveloce was going into production, calling it “a modern interpretation of the iconic stylistic concept of the MV Agusta. A fusion of vintage and contemporary ensures that the future incorporates the memories of good times gone by

In late 2020, MV launched a limited series (75 examples) of Superveloces to celebrate the company’s 75th Anniversary. They made the bikes available via an online reservation system for 75 hours but the bikes sold out “in seconds.”

Cosmetic upgrades specific to the 75th Anniversary models included the Italian tri-color livery, red Alcantara seats for rider and passenger with gold stitching, and a plaque on the top triple with the specific production number.

The bike also got a performance upgrade in the form of an Arrow exhaust – MV claimed output of 147 horsepower at the crank.
