In 2018, MV Agusta unveiled a concept for a new machine called the Superveloce. It was based on the F3 800 but with styling inspired by their 70s racers. The resulting machine won “Most Beautiful Bike of the Show” at EICMA 2018.
A year later, the Italian firm announced that the Superveloce was going into production, calling it “a modern interpretation of the iconic stylistic concept of the MV Agusta. A fusion of vintage and contemporary ensures that the future incorporates the memories of good times gone by”
MV Agusta introduced the model with a limited run of 300 units called the “Serie Oro.” These bikes were given carbon fiber bodywork, six spoke wheels, three-into-three exhaust (two exits on the right, one on the left), a leather tank strap, and some other minor upgrades over the regular model that would go into production immediately after.
MV Agusta also made three specials in silver with many of the Serie Oro features. They were branded with “ONE OFF” on the top triple, and today’s listing is for #2.
Manufactured in July of 2020, this example is VIN: ZCGNKGNU9MV001603. The seller is a partner of Iconic Motorbikes, he is the original owner and has taken it for two of our Sunday rides to the Rock Store. He’s letting it go to make room for the upcoming MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Nurburgring.
