In 2018, MV Agusta unveiled a concept for a new machine called the Superveloce. It was based on the F3 800 but with styling inspired by their 70s racers. The resulting machine won “Most Beautiful Bike of the Show” at EICMA 2018.

A year later, the Italian firm announced that the Superveloce was going into production, calling it “a modern interpretation of the iconic stylistic concept of the MV Agusta. A fusion of vintage and contemporary ensures that the future incorporates the memories of good times gone by.”

And here’s the thing: the bike has shown itself to be much more than a mere looker. Between the 54.3-inch wheelbase, the 381-pound dry weight, and the 148hp 800cc triple, the Superveloce is both nimble through the turns as well as powerful on the straights.

According to Rideapart.com “The Superveloce 800 Serie Oro was the first of the model line to be announced and was limited to 300 units all of which were reserved before production started in 2020. The bike has carbon fiber bodywork, including the fairing, which reflects the style of the Ago era. The lightweight bodywork contributes to the 381 lb (173 kg) dry weight with new multi-spoke wheels fitted.” This example is #139.

“The machine uses SC Project’s 3-into-1-into-3 exhausts, two pipes exiting on the right and one on the left. This configuration is the same as on the classic MV GP machines. The exhaust boosts power to 153 bhp.” This example is outfitted with the factory “Racing Kit” which includes the Arrow exhaust. The stock exhaust is included with the sale.

“A leather strap is used to secure the petrol tank to the frame front and rear, and features a machined filler cap.”

This example is VIN: ZCGNKGNU5MV001775. The seller purchased the bike brand new with 5 km from factory and has dry stored it ever since.

The odometer shows 5km which is 3 miles.
