2026-07-14 10:50:00 2026-07-14 11:00:00 America/Los_Angeles For Charity – 2025 Honda Dax 125 With 176 Miles Boulder, Colorado - A nearly-new 70's icon example of Honda's retro-modern Dax 125, auctioned by our friends at TFLbike to benefit the Motorcycle Relief Project. https://iconicmotorbikeauctions.com/auction/2025-honda-dax-125/ Iconic Motorbike Auctions concierge@iconicmotorbikes.com

The Honda Dax has a history stretching back to 1969, when the original ST50/70 Dax — known in America as the CT70 Trail — captured riders’ hearts with its nifty, nimble character and broad appeal to both die-hard motorcyclists and casual recreational riders. It was just plain fun.

Through the 1970s the line expanded, including the European-market CY50 Nauty Dax with its stepped seat and balloon tires designed for rough campsite terrain.

Honda revived the nameplate in a big way with the modern Dax 125, blending those iconic retro lines with thoroughly current technology: a fuel-injected 124cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine (the same basic design found in the popular Grom), a four-speed semi-automatic transmission with no clutch to worry about, standard front-wheel ABS, electric start, and an all-LED lighting package.

The result is a bike that looks like it rolled out of 1969 but rides like something built for today — approachable for new riders, genuinely fun for experienced ones, and a head-turner anywhere it goes.

Production eventually wound down, with the CT70 soldiering on in the US through 1991, though collectors and customizers continued seeking them out long after the line ended. How could you not love a cute little dog like this…

This example is VIN: MLHJB0658S5001837. The seller acquired it five months ago from Sun Powersports in Denver, Colorado.

The odometer shows 176 miles.

The seller is our friend Kase of TFLbike, he is auctioning this off to benefit a charity called the Motorcycle Relief Project. He specifies that “all proceeds from the sale on our end will go to the Motorcycle Relief Project.”
