Tyler Gilbert is an artist based in Birmingham, Alabama, known for his depictions of automobiles. Rooted in a lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles, Tyler’s paintings explore the emotional resonance of automotive design, racing, and the culture surrounding them.
Although his education and early career focused on design and branding, his fine art skills are self-taught. Tyler enjoys the challenge of translating a beautiful three-dimensional design into a flat canvas or harnessing the thrill of speed in a static image. With each piece, his goal remains the same: to “Capture What Drives You”.
This item is a Tyler Gilbert original live painting that was done during SRO weekend at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. It features the AC Aceca that is displayed as part of the collection. This painting is a 36”x48” acrylic on canvas.
