This year, Iconic Motorbikes is the presenting sponsor for Motorcycles by Moonlight, the annual benefit for the Barber Museum. We will have a booth at the Vintage Festival, we will be racing in the AHRMA round that’s happening concurrently, and we have special opportunities for our clients to appreciate the event at a higher level. In addition to this, we will be hosting the Motorcycles by Moonlight silent auction, an exclusive auction for event attendees. However, with Iconic’s sponsorship position, the silent auction will be open to all Iconic clients with the intention of supporting the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum! Christine A. Moore, designer and owner of Christine A. Moore Millinery, has been creating hats professionally for over 25 years. This New York based designer has designed a wide array of vintage style hats, most notably known for her explosive racing styles for the Kentucky Derby. Chirstine has been featured on the TODAY Show eight times with her partnered company, Churchill Downs, where NBC has called her the “milliner of the Triple Crown.” Her hats have been featured in many magazines such as InStyle with Katy Perry, Vanity Fair with Jennifer Lopez and Del Sol Magazine with Chantal Southerland.
Christine has donated 3 of her custom vintage style hats to support this year’s Motorcycles by Moonlight. Each cap comes with a square box and will be auctioned separately, this example is a suede seamed 1930’s biker cap with square hatbox. This cap is 100% pig suede contoured with detailed seaming in the 1930’s style.
