Description
Sold from 1992 to 1996, the SRV250 was Yamaha’s baby cafe racer, a la the Honda GB500 – except the SRV was never officially sold in the US.
The SRV, besides being a “Soulful V-Twin”, features the 250cc V-Twin from the Virago cruiser. Yamaha gave the motor dual carbs and a different cam which bumped power from 21 to 27 horsepower, and gave it some nifty retro styling.
Yamaha released two versions, Classic and Renaissa. The Classic came with a tach and speedo, larger tank and was available in three colors: green, maroon, and navy. The Renaissa had only a speedometer, a shorter tank, cafe style bars, different seat, and came in white, red, orange, and silver.
This example is VIN: 4DN038186. The seller purchased the bike two years ago from a Japanese auction.
During their ownership, the seller has covered approximately 15 miles. The odometer shows 32,251 kilometers (20,039 miles).
