The last generation of Ducati’s air-cooled Supersports, the 900SS bikes introduced in 1998. As Bennetts puts it, “the 900SS is a fabulous bike whose look has certainly mellowed with age.”

They continue, “the 904cc air-cooled motor is an absolute gem of a power plant with bags of spirit and great reliability and the SS is armed with a very competent chassis.”

“It certainly sits more on the sporty side of the fence, so don’t mistake it for a relaxed sports tourer, but if you still like a bit of fire in your bike’s belly, yet can’t be dealing with the aching wrists you get from a true Ducati sportsbike, the 900SS will suit you right down to the ground.”

For a small percentage of 900SS’, Ducati offered a special colorway featuring a striking coat of grey paint with red wheels – this was a tribute to the Senna Edition made famous by the 916.

This example is VIN: ZDM1LC4N228011483. The seller acquired the bike six months ago as a gift; however, he is looking for something more comfortable on longer rides.

During his ownership, the seller has covered approximately 100 miles. The odometer shows 11,113 miles.

Maintenance:
Per the seller: “it was freshly serviced at Del Amo Motorsports right before being delivered to me. I have lots of service records going back to 2004.”

GPR exhaust.

It is riding on Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires from 2017.
