Nicky Hayden was a Tissot ambassador, and the Swiss luxury watchmaker celebrated that fact with annual releases of Limited Edition watches inspired by Nicky and his MotoGP career – they had similar arrangements at the time with Danica Patrick and Michael Owen.

2007 was the first year that Tissot offered a limited edition tribute, but there were several versions to follow.

Here’s what Tissot had to say in their Certificate of Authenticity: “Marking Nicky Hayden’s fourth year as a Tissot ambassador, his 2009 special watch reflects the unique mix of precision and adrenaline that makes up the world of MotoGP. Red and white markings stand out against a sporty carbon dial, attracting the eye to key indicators of this chronograph’s sophisticated timekeeping competence. Two of the counters are in red, as are the tachymetre and rubber strap. On the case back, the familiar red star and number ’69’ bring Nicky and the wearer an extra touch of luck. This attention to detail underlines Nicky Hayden’s own meticulous approach to training and performance, which has already earned him the title of ‘the hardest working rider in MotoGP’”

The included Minichamps collectable is one of just 1,017 examples.

The case measures 41mm in diameter. It will fit wrists measuring 7-7.2 inches.

The sale includes the original helmet box, original outer box, all of the original booklets, as well as the certificate of authenticity and a Minichamps Nicky Hayden collectable figure.

Cosmetic Blemishes:
Per the seller: “Worn a couple times and in very good condition! With only minor wear signs like hair scratches on the bezel. The glass, case, and clasp are flawless. The battery is new!”
