Holding the title of longest-produced motorcycle of any manufacturer, the Royal Enfield Bullet has earned that moniker for good reason. Originally made as a single-cylinder four-stroke that served as an all-around performing motorcycle, the Bullet was notorious for being reliable and popular, making it easy to source parts for. Fast-forward nearly a century, and the Bullet has gone through quite a few refreshes.

In 2007, Royal Enfield changed the Bullet for one of the last times. The motorcycle now featured Enfield’s most recent ‘unit construction engine’ – UCE for short. The 500 UCE came packed with fuel injection, a five-speed transmission, and boasted higher numbers than the previous generations. Ending production in 2020, the Bullet had long since cemented it’s name in the history books as one that would be associated with functionality and it’s utility.

This example is VIN: ME3FSV271CC514303. The seller purchased this Bullet from a private party one year ago.

The odometer shows 13,009 miles. The seller has put roughly 500 miles on this example.

Maintenance:
The seller states they have performed routine oil changes, installed a new battery, changed the spark plugs within the last 25 miles of riding, replaced the front brake pads, and cleaned and rejetted the carburetor.

Per the seller, they noticed the oil had not been changed in the motorcycle for some time upon purchasing the bike, so they have flushed oil multiple times to clean the engine out.

The seller recommends servicing the following:
Rear shock.
Rear drum brake.
Front brake master cylinder.

Modifications:
LED front turn signals and headlight.

Bar-end mirrors and aftermarket brake and shift levers.

Not pictured: Digital ammeter, EFI-to-carburetor conversion, and flasher relay.

Inside of the tank:

It is riding on Dunlop K70 tires with date codes of 4221 and 2422.

Extras:
This sale includes a replacement fender, headlight, air filter, and carburetor. The seller is also including extra spark plugs.

Cosmetic Blemishes: please see the album up top for all known cosmetic blemishes. Here is a selection:

The seller states the following: “Gas tank is in pretty bad shape, an attempt was made to clean and reseal it, but there is still a very small pinhole on one of the seams under the tank. It will most likely need to be replaced or resealed and repainted to restore it correctly.

Currently located in Venice, California, this Royal Enfield is offered on a clean California title with registration current through February of 2024.
