If you’ve been following Iconic for any time, you’ll know that we’re huge fans of Scott Russell. We’ve auctioned off several of his Shoei helmets, but today we’re pleased to offer you a Scott Russell Dainese suit from his time with Team Suzuki.
Scott Russell has long been a fan favorite – especially after his incredible comeback victory at Daytona in 1995.
In addition to his storied WSBK career, Mr. Daytona spent two years in MotoGP with Lucky Strike Suzuki racing 500cc two-strokes. In the 1996 season, he placed 6th overall after competing in 13 races and earning 2 podiums.
These leathers are branded as ‘Team Suzuki’ as opposed to Lucky Strike because some countries such as Australia did not allowing cigarette branded sponsors at the time, so they opted to run Team Suzuki instead, much like the special RGV250 that Iconic sold in December 2022.
There is no size, as this was custom made by Dainese for Scott Russell.
