Click here for an CycleVIN Motorcycle History Report on this 1983 Honda CB1100F. Additional photos are available here for your perusal.

Built for just one year, the Honda CB1100F was a sleek looking standard that evolved from the 900F. In the process, it had tremendous performance – in January of ’83, Cycle World said it was the fastest stock bike they’ve ever tested.

The 4 cylinder engine produced 108 horsepower, good for a top speed of 139 miles per hour.

The US got an optional chin fairing and a slightly different seating position than the rest of the world.

There were two paint scheme options: Candy Pearl Capiolani Blue/Pearl Shell White and the Candy Pearl Maui Red/Pearl Shell White in front of you here today.

The seller of this example (VIN: JH2SC1102DM003296) acquired it from Iconic in October 2020. He has not ridden it – he kept it stored at our facility while waiting on some other motorcycles so they could all be shipped together, but he just acquired this Honda CBR900RR through Iconic and is letting go of this CB-F to make room.

The odometer shows 29,749 miles.

Modifications:
Hindle 4/2/1 stainless exhaust.

Black steel braided brake lines front and rear.

Boomerang wheels off a Euro/Canada spec CB1100F.

The wheels, cam cover, stator cover, and left case cover were recently powdercoated.

This CB-F has been repainted and it has new decals.

Accel coils and upgraded ignition wires.

Aftermarket grips.

Aftermarket mirrors.

Battery tender lead.

The carbs were rebuilt right before the current owner acquired it Mike Nixon.

Cosmetic Blemishes:

The tank has been lined:

The sale includes two keys.

It also includes the stock exhaust – but the crossover gaskets and head flanges are missing.

Currently located at our facility in Santa Monica, California, this CB1100F is offered on a clean California title with registration that expired in February 2021. Please note the seller acquired it with a California title, but did not renew the registration as he lives in Florida and was planning on shipping it there.
