When it debuted in 1997, Suzuki’s Intruder was a welcomed surprise. Critics praised the clean-lined Japanese cruiser which represented American chopper flair. Even outfitted with its 1360cc V-twin, the Intruder weighted a 572 lbs (wet), quite svelte for a cruiser and 69 lbs less than the next lightest machine in its category.
