Introduced in 1994, the Speed Triple was named in honor of Triumph’s 1938 Speed Twin. It utilized Triumph’s popular inline triple engine in a streetfighter design that quickly earned a reputation as the hooligan’s bike of choice due to the torquey power delivery, excellent handling, and surprisingly comfortable ergonomics. It’s even the vehicle of choice of Wheelie University!
2011 brought a serious update to the Speed Triple lineup with an aluminum frame, restyled bug-eye headlights, lower seat, and a 1,050cc motor that produced 133 hp and 82 lb-ft of torque.
In celebration of 60 years of Bond and Triumph’s new partnership with the franchise, Triumph released the Bond edition limited to only 60 examples worldwide. The bike sports a custom color scheme of Granite Gray and Storm Gray, special tank adorned with each of the official 25 Bond movie title logos, the classic Bond gun barrel design on the front fairing, and gold detailing throughout.
