This comes from the same seller who recently sold off several 0-mile projects with us like the Kawasaki GPX400R, Suzuki GSX-R400, and Yamaha R1-Z. He says that this was a former track bike that was stripped for parts, and he is leaving the country so he needs it to find a new home.
